Storytelling is Ms. Lariccia's passion. Whether on stage or within the creative team, Gina possesses over sixteen years of experience directing large-scale book musicals. She is well-versed in Stage Write software and CLEAR Com, and demonstrates strong leadership skills.

Character development is a fundamental element in executing a paramount theatrical production.

Gina believes that audiences must be able to identify with at least two characters on stage for a production to be successful. It is essential that the audience relate to the characters, as their perceptions, opinions, biases, or judgments are shaped by the journey of these storytellers.

Gina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, with a focus on Humanities, Society, and the Human Condition. This educational background provides her with a clear understanding of human nature, preparing her company, herself, and audiences for theater experiences that challenge expectations and provoke reflection.
